A de Arrieta 4th of July!

This year's 4th of July was spent here in Elko with the de Arrieta clan coming for a visit. It was wonderful! We had Drew's Dad, Uncle Jim (Crazy) & Aunt Peggy, Bridget and Mike, Dennis & Vera, and their kids and grandchild. Drew was in hog heaven having his blood around.
We did a girl 5k walk (with gorgeous outfits I might add!) went to Lamoille with the little ones, had BBQ's, played some washer board, a trip to the firehouse, and watched the fireworks from our yard.

Drew got a bit spoiled with gifts from Bridget and Uncle Jim. B gave a map that belonged to great grandpa and an old envelope addressed to great, great grandpa Domingo Bengoa. They were both framed beautifully.

Uncle Crazy gave a gift to all the boys that was amazing and made me think even more about the amazing start our ancestors created. Here these men were, created from Joe & Gert de Arrieta. Now it is Drew's and my turn to add to that blood line. It made looking at my little ones and B and Mike's little Jimmy Mac even more inspiring. We are connected in a way that is more than this life and will continue till the end of the earth.
