The Fat Cycle


I am forewarning all of you!
All right, so I seem to go around and around on the ol' fat cycle way to many times. I think I am on the band wagon to getting in shape and then BAM . . . a donut is placed before me and I cave. I found out a couple of weeks ago that I am borderline diabetic and that my cholesterol is really high. I have all the pre-cursors to turning out like my Momma (no offense Mom).

With the doctor's advice I will be starting the South Beach Diet tomorrow to try to control my carbs and sugar intake. Let's hope I can make it past Phase One; the no carb phase! No extra sugars, breads, or fruits for two weeks until my body gets used to not craving them. Then it will be a slow ease back into the proper carbs that I should be eating.

Take my pole to see if you believe that I can do it or not. I am going to really try, but sugars are my fourth love!! Bye Bye Mountain Dew!

You can do it!!!! First step is to believe you can. Get your vision board and put pictures all around it of what you will look like. Get a chart and then cross off each day-- it's a daily process and wala-- you will see a change every week. I believe in you-- you're are amazing Ray-- I love you so much and I'm amazed by all that you do!
