A visit with Grandma Judy!

It was so good to wrap my arms around my momma and just feel her there!

The trip to Fallon was good with a spiritual trip to Reno to the temple with my mom. While there she took the big leap to try on wigs. I thought she looked great in one of them, minus the color. It was grey and black! Momma however, was not too thrilled with the whole experience and left with just a little hat.


She had her first chemo appointment and felt the affect of it a few days later. Papa Joe had to take her to the hospital the following week since she wasn't eating or drinking anything. After some intravenous fluids she was feeling better.

Last week her brother, Charlie, shaved her head. I think he must have had a secret "Yes!" going on. What brother doesn't dream of taking a buzzer to his sister's head? :) The good thing about this is that she now has two wigs to chose from and countless scarves and hats. She looks great in all.

I want to thank you for the prayers that have been given and again ask for your prayers continually. She will have her second chemo next week and I am hoping that she remembers to suck on some ice or something so we don't have another hospital repeat.
